Baking Cakes:
Students from both the AS Level and A2 level took on the challenge of baking cakes to celebrate and share the New Year with the Section Heads, the Administrative staff and some of the Domestic staff. They worked hard in the Food and Nutrition Lab for two hours and produced almost a dozen beautifully decorated cakes of all shapes and sizes. It was a fun-filled event and a great learning experience for some students who discovered how much fun it is to bake and share.
