

WWF-Pakistan organizes a nature carnival every year at PAF Museum in Karachi. Many schools are invited to participate, display their working medels and projects with interactive presentations by the students and teachers at the carnival.
Dawood Public School participated in the following categories:

Our students were involved in making implementable models on key environmental themes.
Dawood Public School is an active green school and has joined hands to raise awareness among young people about protection of the ebvironment in order to make Pakistan greener and cleaner. our students contribute very enthusiastically to this annual event and work vigorously under the supervision of the equally motivated and zealous teachers. Last year's multi-project win had already raised their spirits and they worked passionately to bring more awards this year too and add more feathers to their caps.
Staff and students of Dawood Public School waited anxiously for the result to be announced and were thrilled when the WWF declared Dawood Public School as the winner of level-II and Level-III projects.
The following two projects won Second prize.
1. Level-2 Water Conservation- A Green Idea.
2. Level-3 Solid Waste Management- Recycle, Reuse, Reduce.
Dawood Public School also received a prize for being the Green School with second highest registrations.
